Who: Marek Bombera, sole trader, IČO 17193516, Lucemburská 2126/18, Praha, 13000, bomber.marek@gmail.com.

What and why: If you use the contact form, I get your email, subject and message. I use them only to reply to you and, if it’s about work, to discuss a possible collaboration. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in replying to people who contact me, and steps before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and (b)). Without your email I can’t reply.

Spam protection: When you send the form, your IP address is used to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. It is kept only in the server’s temporary memory (it counts toward the limit for 10 minutes) and is never logged or written to storage.

Who else handles it: Resend (delivers the message), Google/Gmail (my inbox) and Vercel (website hosting, which keeps short technical logs). Resend and Google may store data in the USA, covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How long: Up to 12 months after our last contact, or for as long as we work together (plus whatever accounting law requires).

Your rights: You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to the processing. Just email me. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

Cookies: This site uses no analytics or tracking cookies. If you switch the language manually, a single functional cookie (locale) remembers your choice for up to a year. Nothing else is stored in your browser.
